The FIFA World Cup 2014 will be 20th World Cup. It is an international men’s football tournament that is scheduled in Brazil this year. This is the second time that Brazil has hosted the competition. The total 31 countries advanced through competitions that began in June 2011 to participate with the host nation Brazil. Total 64 matches are to be played in 12 cities across Brazil in either new or redeveloped stadiums, with the tournament beginning with a group stage. For the first time at a World Cup Finals, the matches will use goal-line technology. This method is used to determine when the ball has completely crossed the goal line with electronic devices and at the same time it shows the result to the referee in awarding a goal or not. After testing several systems over two years, FIFA awarded German company GoalControl GmbH the contract to provide GLT technology for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
There are 32 countries, and these countries divided in to 8 groups are:

Group F: – ARGENTINA, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, IRAN, NIGERIA

Group H: – BELGIUM, ALGERIA, RUSSIA, KOREA REPUBLIC
Games are to be played at 12 stadiums in 12 cities of Brazil and these are Arena De Sao Paulo in Sao Paulo, Estadio Mineirao in Belo Horizonte, Estadio Castelao in Fortaleza, Estadio Do Maracana in Rio de Janeiro, Estadio Nacional in Brasilia, Arena Pernambuco in Recife, Arena Fonte Nova in Salvador, Estadio Pantanal in Cuiaba, Estadio Da Baixada in Curitiba, Estadio Amazonia in Manaus, Estadio Das Dunas in Natal and Estadio Beira-Rio in Porto Alegre.
