Los Angeles “The City of Angels”

Los Angeles is the second largest town in the U.S. and popularly known as L.A. At least once in their lives people want to visit Los Angeles, because it has more to offer than what you see on the silver screen. Located on a broad basin in Southern California, the city is surrounded by mountain ranges, valleys, forests, beautiful beaches along the Pacific Ocean and nearby desert. Temperate climate of this city makes it an ideal destination for a lot of outdoor activities.

Los Angeles is a big business center especially famous for its media, fashion and entertainment industries. Los Angeles is a famous tourist attraction spot for its great monuments, museums, architectures, theaters, parks and it becomes difficult to choose where to start from. It’s not enough to visit L.A. in just a day or two.

Los Angeles Attractions

The main attractions of Los Angeles are The Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studio, Disneyland, Six Flags, California Adventure and Venice Beach.

Hollywood Walk of Fame - Take a trip down the Hollywood Walk of Fame to find all your favorite celebrities, old and new. It is an internationally-recognized Hollywood icon. It’s in the middle of one of the longest-standing tourist areas in all of Los Angeles, with all of its pluses minuses.

Universal Studio

Disneyland



Disneyland - Disneyland is a legendary theme park built at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, opened on July 17, 1955. This theme park designed and built under the direct supervision of Walt Disney. You can see all of your favorite cartoon characters come alive here and it can be making your dreams come true for decades. This world-famous theme park is divided into eight lands with different themes and rides, such as Fantasyland, Critter Country, Mickey’s Toontown and Tomorrowland.

Six Flags Magic Mountain - It is a 262-acre theme park located in Valencia, Santa Clarita, California and North of Los Angeles. It opened on 30th May 1971 on Memorial Day weekend, as Magic Mountain by the Newhall Land and Farming Company. With 18 roller coasters, Six Flags Magic Mountain holds the world record for most roller coasters in an amusement park. In 2013, the park had over 2.8 million visitors ranking it sixth in attendance among seasonal amusement parks in North America.

California-Adventure



California Adventure – Disney California Adventure, commonly referred to as California Adventure, is a theme park located in Anaheim, California. It’s operated by The Walt Disney Company through its Parks and Resorts division. This park opened in 2001 and it is the second of two theme parks built at the Disneyland Resort complex, after Disneyland Park. It’s divided into eight themed areas called “districts” and part of districts are Buena Vista Street, Paradise Pier, Grizzly Peak, Condor Flats, Pacific Wharf, Hollywood Land, A Bug’s Land and Cars Land. Many Disney characters are found throughout the park, greeting visitors and posing for photos.

Venice-Beach



Venice Beach - Featuring an eclectic mix of artists, hippies, new agers, musicians and the fitness fanatics working out at Muscle Beach, the famous Ocean Front Boardwalk is an excellent place for people watching.
